The terms and conditions can be adjusted at any time. apart from the terms and conditions, the Privacy policy of the company can be adjusted/modified with or without giving a prior notice to the client. All the changes posted will be effective immediately. The use of our services and the site following any such alteration constitutes your acknowledgement of the adjusted terms.

Minimum age requirement

The eligible age for you to become a member and use our services is 18 years or older.

Usage and service terms

Any of our subscriber/user may not re-stream, distribute, broadcast or transmit the content either directly or through the use of any device/software/internet site/web-based service or by any other means.

Third party purchases

Your transaction with the third party vendors that are found on or through our service like “buy now” and other comparable ads and programs are solely between you and the dealer. We are not responsible for any purchase made through such mediums.

Quality of streams

One major thing about the IPTV service is that the perfect viewing experience relies upon you internet and your device capabilities to deliver the HD streaming contents.

Other elements will be your location, network connection, devices connected to the network and the content you have chosen. V smart Live Tv does not take any guarantee on the content in these regards.

NOTE: Sharing your subscription or using it in multiple devices at the same time will result in permanent suspension or device ban.

VPN or Proxy usage

One must not use a VPN or Proxy servers will connecting to our services. Please note, using s VPN or Proxy server will result in permanent suspension.

Unsupported regions

Our services are not available in Iraq and China.

 Accuracy of Information

Make sure that the data you have submitted to our database is accurate and updated. You are solely responsible for the utilization of your account.

Compatibility

Having a compatible device is the prerequisite to get the access of our IPTV services. Users must use device that meet the system.

Internet service and data usage

We are not responsible for any expenses related to your network access that you used to get our services. User themselves are the in charge.

Sharing a subscription

Sharing a subscription is not allowed. However, you can watch on multiple devices at the same time by purchasing extra connections.

Purchase details

Please follow the ordering procedures described via to service to make a purchse. All the pricing details for services and procedures for payment and delivery are displayed via the service. The displayed details may be subjected to change without notice.

Number of channels and movies (VOD)

The numbers of channels and movies available in the VOD library can be adjusted/changed based upon the weekly updates.

Suspension and downtime

With our rights to end or suspend any of our user’s access as mentioned above, you acknowledge that; your access and usage of the service might be suspended for any time period (downtime), or unavailability of whole service or portion of it for any reason.

All correspondences and notice to be made or offered in understanding with this agreement must be in English language. We have all the authority to instantly end or limit our user’s service or access to content at any time without any prior notice or liability. The instant end or limit of the service made effective only if V Smart Live TV suspects the breach of terms, laws, rule or regulations of the company.

The V Smart Live TV logo, and other V Smart Live TV marks, graphics, scripts are trademarks of V Smart Live TV. None of the V Smart Live TV trademarks should be copied, downloaded or otherwise exploited.

Recurring Payments

You authorize regularly scheduled charge to your credit card for the payment. You will be charged the amount indicated in each billing period. A receipt for each payment will be provided to you and the charge will appear on your statement. You agree that no prior-notification will be provided unless the date or amount changes, in which case you will receive a notice from us at least 5-7 days prior to the payment being collected.

Please understand that the authorization you provided for the billing through your debit/credit card will remain in effect until you cancel your subscription. Users have to notify us of any changes including the account information or termination of the authorization 15 days prior to the next billing date.

You acknowledge that the creation of Debit/Credit card transaction to your account agrees with the provision of U.S law. Lastly, you will certify that you are an authorized user of Debit/Credit card and will not cause any dispute for the scheduled transactions.
