With this Private Home Viewing policy, you will agree that none of our services will be used or viewed in public places or commercial spaces. If you are found misusing any of our services in any of the restricted areas like commercial, public or residential location, we may disconnect your service without any refund.
For the renewal of the subscription, you will receive an email (if you have enabled your automatic renewal) mentioning the renewal date. So, if you want to cancel your subscription, please confirm it before the payment is processed automatically.
No refund will be given in case of automated RENEWAL PAYMENTS
After activation VSMART LIVE TV offer money in 7 Days if our customer are not satisfied with the services we offer. To get the refund within 7 days of your purchase please follow the instructions below.

At V SMART LIVE TV, we are focused on activating the subscription for the period agreed by our valued customers.
To prove our clients that their subscription is activated for the same period they purchased, our company capture a screenshot from the panel and mail it to them directly.
We have a record of activating and sending the IPTV subscription and IPTV reseller panels within 24 hours after the order is placed.
While placing your order, please make sure to mention your device type on which you are doing to use the IPTV subscription.
In case if we do not receive any device information from your side in the order notes, we will activate the subscription and send M3U list.
We will also not be able to change to M3U list for format moving forward.

V Smart Live TV also does not promise that all channels in our service will work properly on your device because of internet issues and tech issues.

Programming Restrictions
Due to minimum programming levels certain services including without limitation, subscription services, sporting events and broadcast network services may be blacked out in your viewing area. VSMARTLIVE TV reserves all right to require and/or change minimum programming requirements at any time. We reserve the rights to BAN/REMOVE/CHANGE and without limitation.
Refund Policy Agreement
Please have a look at the below mentioned points to understand our refund policy. V SMART LIVE TV will not be able to make any refunds on the purchased order after 7 days. If customers are not satisfied with the service or performance, they need to report it to the company within the 7 days of the purchase to claim the refund.
For the initial assistance, if customers are not able to set-up their own box, we will provide our support to set up their boxes. Our support is only limited to pre-defined steps for configuration and are not responsible for the circumstances with the box.
Although our services and server are stable, sometimes due to various reasons, the channels may freeze or not work properly. These issues are temporary and caused by the fluctuations of internet on the customer’s end or because of the TV box.
NOTE: No refunds will be made after 7 days of your purchase. You can try our 7 DAYS FREE TRIAL through our digital media to experience the new TV viewing experience with IPTV. You can download the digital media before purchasing the subscription. Once you have purchased, there is no way to return after the 7 days of your purchase.
